This page explains what information LEMAR SunTech collects through this website, why, and how it's handled. We keep this simple and honest: we're a small solar equipment supplier and installer in Kabul, not a data company, and we only collect what we need to help you get a solar system.

What We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, when you use the Contact page form.
• Messages you send our AI chat assistant — the questions you type into the chat widget, so it can generate a reply.
• Basic, anonymous usage analytics — page views and general visit statistics via Vercel Analytics, our hosting provider. This does not identify you personally.

We do not ask for payment information anywhere on this website — all pricing and payment happens directly with our team over WhatsApp or in person at our showroom.

What We Don't Send Anywhere

The Calculator page estimates a system size entirely inside your own browser. Nothing you type into it — your appliance list, backup hours, or the recommendation it produces — is sent to us or anyone else, unless you choose to copy that information into a WhatsApp message yourself.

Your language choice, light/dark theme preference, and AI chat conversation history are stored only in your own browser (using standard browser storage), so the site remembers them on your next visit. We never see this information, and it's never transmitted to our servers.

How We Use What You Send Us

We use contact form submissions and chat messages for one purpose: to answer your question, size a system for you, or respond to your inquiry. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Third Parties Involved

A few outside services help run this website, and each only sees the minimum needed to do its job:

• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to us by email; it does not store or use your information for any other purpose.
• OpenAI — processes messages you send to our AI chat assistant in order to generate a reply.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides basic, anonymous visit analytics.
• Google Fonts & Google Maps — used to load website fonts and the map embedded on our Contact page.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. If you'd like us to delete information you've sent us, message us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
